At the June 14 Board meeting immediately following the Annual Meeting, the Board adopted the proposed budget with an increase in dues to $160/quarter, effective with the September 2022 dues payment. The Board re-elected the same officers. The approved 2022-2023 Budget and the 2022 Reserve Study are posted at the Member Information page of this website. (This is a great time to request a login!)
Homeowners in Valley West and The Lakes are automatically Members of the Valley West Homeowners Association and are invited to join us at the HOA Annual Meeting, held each year in late June. At the Annual Meeting, you will learn about activities of the HOA over the past year and plans for the upcoming year. A financial report for the previous fiscal year (July–June) and proposed budget for the next fiscal year will be presented. Ample time is set aside for your questions and suggestions.
Also at the Annual Meeting, an election will be held for one of three positions on the HOA Board of Directors. If you are a member of the HOA and are interested in serving on the Board, please submit a short bio to Peak Property Management no later than April 30. The bios will be sent out to members with the Annual Meeting notices in May, to inform members' vote for a new Board member.
