2023 Annual Meeting

Thanks to HOA members who joined us for our Annual Meeting on June 27, 2023! We value your participation and ideas. Highlights included:

• Members re-elected Matt Smith to a new 3-year term on the Board of Directors
• The Board shared highlights from 2022-23 and plans for 2023-24

At the June 28, 2023 Board meeting following the Annual Meeting, the Board adopted the proposed budget. Dues remain unchanged at $160/quarter. The Board re-elected the same officers. The approved 2023-24 Budget will be posted soon at the Member Information page of this website. (This is a great time to request a login!)

Annual Meetings

Homeowners in Valley West and The Lakes are automatically Members of the Valley West Homeowners Association and are invited to join us at the HOA Annual Meeting, held each year in late June. At the Annual Meeting, you will learn about activities of the HOA over the past year and plans for the upcoming year. A financial report for the previous fiscal year (July–June) and proposed budget for the next fiscal year will be presented. Members present will elect a Board member to serve a 3-year term. Ample time is set aside for your questions and suggestions.
