The 2024 Annual Meeting of the Valley West Homeowners Association took place June 25. Board Member Lisa Baker was re-elected for a second 3-year term (2024-27) without opposition. The HOA Board shared highlights from the past year (July 2023 to June 2024), plans for 2024-25, year-to-date financials, and a proposed budget for fiscal year 2024-25. Following the Annual Meeting, the Board voted to adopt the proposed 2024-25 budget, with dues unchanged at $160/quarter. The approved budget will be available at AppFolio.
Annual Meetings
Homeowners in Valley West and The Lakes are automatically Members of the Valley West Homeowners Association and are invited to join us at the HOA Annual Meeting, held each year in late June. At the Annual Meeting, you will learn about activities of the HOA over the past year and plans for the upcoming year. A financial report for the previous fiscal year (July–June) and proposed budget for the next fiscal year will be presented. Members present will elect a Board member to serve a 3-year term. Ample time is set aside for your questions and suggestions.
